Irish Software Company with an office in the US and significant growth plans! The company have a Dublin and US office, however the option of working fully remotely from Ireland is an option.

About Your New Job

Number 1 FP&A role in the company reporting to Finance Director. The plan will be for the successful candidate to grow an FP&A Team beneath them over time as the business grows. Key responsibilities will include:

● Providing financial analysis including projections to support decision making.
● Work closely with the Director of Finance to implement new budgeting and forecasting process.
● Play major role with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycle.
● Work with Director of Finance in providing financial analysis and projections to VC investors.
● Preparation of operational KPI reports.
● Develop financial modeling solutions for internal business cases and deal models for closing contracts.
● Work with the commercial teams to understand and drive the pipeline funnel management.
● Provide various relevant analysis of key financial information pivotal to the decision making that drives forward the performance of the business.

What Skills, Experience and Qualifications You Need
• Qualified Accountant.
• Strong FP&A experience, ideally gained working in a growing company.
• Strong spreadsheet (e.g. Excel or Googlesheets) skills essential.
