About Your New Employer

• Commercial semi-state company based in north Dublin
• Currently going through a major rebuild and transformation post pandemic
• This company currently employs 3000 employees in both management and operations across 6 divisions

About Your New Job

• Lead the day-to-day operations and management of food and beverage concessions
• Key point of contact for concessionaire partners
• Manage and develop collaborative relationships with concessionaires
• Conduct weekly meetings with concessions to discuss performance and forecasting
• Carry out weekly audits

• Lead the F&B construction programme & general Concessionaire project work to ensure project milestones are delivered.

What Skills You Need

• 3-4+ years operation management experience
• FMCG, Retail or hospitality experience a bonus
• Excellent people management skills
• Highly organised with proven project management skills

What’s on Offer
