We are a well-established Construction company specializing in high-quality fit-out projects. We’re seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large high profile project in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely project delivery.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met.
- Oversee health and safety compliance on-site.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Report on progress, addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum Site Management experience.
- Proven experience managing fit-out projects in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
Desirable:
- Trade or Construction Management qualification.
