A leading Main Contracting Construction Company are currently on the look for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Clonmel, Tipperary.
About your new job
- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s performance.
- Delivering projects in line with agreed deadlines and to the highest standard.
- Examining the progress of others in accordance with the project schedule, progress reporting against Safety, Quality, Schedule.
- Make sure there is a clear understanding and compliance with drawings, specifications building regulations and good building practice.
- Operating closely with the Project Manager to highlight any issues.
What skill/experience you need
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role.
- 3+ years' experience as a qualified tradesperson in construction e.g., carpenter, bricklayer etc.
- Working in the Residential or Commercial industry is an advantage.
- A full clean Irish Driver’s Licence – Class B.
- IT literate with a great knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent Communication & People Management skills.
