About your new employer

•  A fast growing Renewable Energy company with international operations.

About your new job:

• Drive and manage the finance team, spearheading goal setting, mentoring and coaching.
• Prepare external statutory reporting, management reporting to Board, treasury operations, tax strategy, compliance coordination and financial control for the Group.
• Partner with the CFO, HoF and other senior business leaders to drive the development of the business, enhancing processes and performance of the finance function.
• Partner with the external audit process for the Group across a variety of jurisdictions.
• Contribution of group tax compliance and planning, supporting the HoF/ C-suite in all tax planning and strategic matters.
• All company secretarial matters, including review and production of key deliverables as part of portfolio transactions.

What skills you need:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant with 6-7 years + PQE
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Strong group reporting experience.
• Top 10 Audit Trained
