My client a multi-national within the Tech space have set a European hub in Dublin and now looking for a senior finance professional to Head up their Finance team. To be suitable you MUST be coming from a Tech/ Software multi-national with a strong international finance background, you will have prior experience of growing a finance team and if you have worked within a start up environment this would be an advantage

About Your New Job

• Oversee and manage EMEA and APAC accounting, financial and tax reporting and filings
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Own various aspects of the US GAAP Close consolidation process
• Global fixed asset and payroll accounting
• Implementation of strong internal controls
• Drive finance transformation initiatives through process improvement and automation
• Treasury and cash management processes including cash applications
• Managing key relationships and partnerships within the business including FP&A, People Operations, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales and Engineering

 REQUIREMENTS

Please make sure you match ALL the below requirements you wont be considered for the role if you dont 

• 7+ years of post qualification experience
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience in managing the month end close process
• Experience in managing statutory audit process
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
• Experience with Netsuite or other ERP
• Experience in Manufacturing / AI / Tech industry is a plus
• Exposure to working within a start up environment 
• International finance exposure - involved in setting up european entities from a finance perspective
