• Controllership of statutory audit obligations
• Controllership of US GAAP obligations
• Reviewing and coordinating the month end close
• Investigating and providing commentary on quarterly balance sheet/ Approving balance sheet reconciliations
• Due diligence, execution and review of aquisition accounting

• Fully qualified accountant 
• Experience from practice or industry
• Strong communication skills
