Financial Accountant position with a Real Estate business based in Dublin City Centre.

About Your New Job

• A fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing team with exposure across most aspects of property; including acquisition, development and management.
• Involvement in month end bank reconciliation and close off processes.
• Assist with the production of monthly management accounts and related board reporting pack.
• Support the development, implementation and maintenance of procedures and policies for the accounting function.
• Undertake accounting projects and provide assistance on accounting issues.

What You Need

• Qualified or Finalist ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Highly motivated, with ability to operate independently essential.
• Unrestricted work rights in Ireland (sponsorship not on offer).
