Financial Accountant – Wicklow | €55,000 | Contract with view to permanent
Join a well-established Irish SME in Wicklow as a hands-on Financial Accountant! This high-volume role offers broad exposure across accounting, from reconciliations and accruals to month-end close, intercompany accounting, and compliance. You’ll work closely with a friendly finance team while making a real impact on business operations.

What You’ll Do
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger across multiple business units.
Process accruals, prepayments, CAPEX, stock, and COGS journals for month-end close.
Reconcile sales and revenue from internal systems and Oracle Cloud.
Record and reconcile intercompany transactions, billings, and FX revaluations.
Prepare tax schedules (VAT, VIES, RTD, Intrastat, CSO filings) and support audits.
About You
Strong hands-on accounting experience – qualification not essential.
Comfortable with manual, high-volume processes.
Excellent Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
Positive, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
