Financial Accountant | North Dublin | 6-Month Contract | €70,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Accountant for a 6-month contract based in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of financial reporting and project work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
- Perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist with the implementation of a new time management system across the business
- Liaise with auditors and support audit preparation
- Contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc financial reporting
Requirements:
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial accounting role
- Strong management accounting and reporting skills
- Experience with system/process improvement projects is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
