My client within the Pharma Industry have a requirement for a newly qualified accountant directly coming from a Top 10 practice within an audit role and now looking for their first chance to move into a financial accounting role in Industry . You will have worked with Industry clients - Tech, retail, Pharma, utilities, manufacturing or similar
Within this role you will be involved in all month end and reporting duties and day to day finance duties

- Strong accounting skills including journal entries – Preparation of Financial/Management Statements – Month-end close.
- Upload results via consolidation tool to Group.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong Balance Sheet Reconciliation skills – monthly reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail – able to spot errors and discrepancies to ensure accuracy of the financial statements.
- Financial audit preparation and ability to communicate with auditors.
- Strong Tax reporting – VAT3, RCT.
- Ad-hoc duties from time to time.
What skills you need
- Qualified Accountant - Trained in Audit in Top 10 practice
- GAAP and IFRS exp
- Hold Valid visa to work in Ireland
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and standard
- Strong internal controls understanding to eliminate Risks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
