My client within the Property Industry have a requirement for a Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years or more experience within a Finance Controller role.

- Deliver monthly flash reports and detailed quarterly management accounts including insightful financial and operational commentary, trading and project level analysis, overhead analysis and cashflow analysis.
- Annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation for trading, balance sheet and cashflow.
- Leadership of a team of committed, engaged finance professionals.
- Work closely and effectively with the Management Teams to deliver the strategy for the Irish business.
- Analyze actual performance versus Group Strategy
- Work closely with the commercial director and the commercial department to ensure timely and accurate project cashflow and commercial project profitability forecasts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Finance Manager/ Controller with a strong finance background
- Construction or Property Industry experience
- Experience managing people within finance
