My client, a law firm based in Tallaght, are seeking to hire a Finance Administrator to join their team. This role is hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 from home(Office until probation is passed). 

The ideal candidate will be someone with 1+ years as an Accounts Assistant and has exposure to both Accounts Receivable and Payable.

What you will do:

  • Entering invoices into the accounts payable system (LMS and Practice Evolve)
  • Processing payments to suppliers monthly
  • Filing and maintaining supplier records
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure payments are matched to invoices
