About Your New Job:
Routine Support Services: Provide support on a large customer site, including process such as;
- water sampling
- wet end chemistry
- water testing
- equipment maintenance
- chemical dosing
- customer service
- reporting
- chemical ordering
- chemical inventory management
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Technical Support: Identify and resolve customer pain points, escalating as required.
Problem Solving: Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
What Skills You Need:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical or Process Engineering.
Technical Proficiency: Experience working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Industry Experience: Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
Knowledge Base: Working knowledge of cooling towers, pre-treatment systems, and wet end chemistry.
