About Your New Job:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Company products installed both on our premises and at client sites throughout the Republic of Ireland. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Perform maintenance, calibration, repair, and qualification of environmental (ICH) and refrigerated stability chambers, cold rooms, freezers, and water chillers. 
  • Conduct on-site qualifications, including temperature and humidity mapping, to ensure equipment compliance.
  • Maintain stock of "service stock parts" on the designated service vehicle as well as efficiently manage travel arrangements to optimize site attendance within agreed cost parameters.
  • Complete all service reporting documentation, ensuring timely communication with clients and Field Services Team Leader.
  • This roles requires nationwide travel.
  • This role also requires "out of hours/on-call" to respond to emergency site visits, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.

Experience Needed:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A solid background in a similar Field Service role.
  • A recognizable qualification in refrigeration or an electrical discipline.
  • Previous experience in temperature mapping or validation is advantageous but not essential.

What’s on Offer:

  • The package includes a base salary of approximately EUR 45,000 - €50,000 as well as a company vehicle, phone and laptop.
