About Your New Job
- Work closely with the Lead Scheduler and service team to collect and organize key scheduling information.
- Identify and proactively resolve any conflicts or issues in the schedule.
- Track ongoing projects, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
- Communicate any scheduling updates or changes to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize scheduling software to effectively plan tasks, allocate resources, and optimize workflows.
- Provide regular reports and status updates to management.
- Assess potential risks that could impact schedules and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
- Source and select suppliers, negotiate agreements, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
- Monitor stock levels to balance supply with customer demand while avoiding excess inventory.
- Oversee transportation and warehousing to ensure cost-effective and efficient movement of goods.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers to guarantee quality and reliability.
- Assess supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations while identifying and addressing potential risks.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports on supply chain efficiency.

What Skills/Experience You Need
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with scheduling, procurement, inventory management, or logistics is an advantage.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and supply chain management tools.
