Field Sales Executive – FMCG

My client are one of Irelands leading distributors of fast moving consumer goods. Due to growth, they now have an opening for a field sales executive to join the team.

Base up to 36k + company car/ allowance

About Your New Job - As the field sales executive you will:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory (Dublin or Kildare) by actively promoting and selling our FMCG products.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits, product presentations, and effective communication, Hotels, restaurants etc
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers through effective prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective product positioning, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Continuously update product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively articulate product features and benefits to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

What Skills You Need for this Field sales job

• Ideally 2+ years experience in field sales experience, preferably in FMCG
• Full Drivers license
