About Your New Job
As a Field Facility Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the performance, safety, and compliance of multiple commercial sites in the Cork area.
You’ll carry out PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) and respond to reactive issues across a number of local bank branches.
Depending on your expertise, you will handle electrical or mechanical (HVAC-focused) tasks to keep facilities running smoothly.
The role is mobile but local, with travel limited to within one hour—no overnight or national travel required.
What Skills You Need
Experience in facilities maintenance across commercial environments (e.g. offices, hospitality, or retail).
Trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical (mechanical should include HVAC, not plumbing only).
A full clean driver’s license and ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
