About Your New Job as a Project Manager- Facilities
- Leading the development of project charters, management plans, and project execution across Facilities, Utilities, and HVAC.
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Developing risk management and quality plans, ensuring successful project delivery with minimal production disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget. Maintain costs within budget.
- Overseeing procurement, stakeholder management, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing vendor coordination for new machine installations, utility upgrades, and machine relocations.
What Skills You need as a Project Manager- Facilities
- Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, team management, and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, risk management, and budgeting capabilities.
