About Your New Role
Your new company are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to manage reactive and pre-planned maintenance for their large residential developments across Dublin. You will ensure the smooth running of maintenance operations, coordinate contractors, and ensure the upkeep and safety of the properties. The main responsibilities of this role would be coordinating the Reactive Maintenance, Pre-Planned Maintenance, Health & Safety and also looking after Vendor Management.
What Skills You Need
You must have 1 - 2 years previous experience in facilities or maintenance coordination within either a facilities or property company. Ideally you will have worked on large commercial or residential contracts in the past, along with this you will have strong IT / admin and inter personal skills.
