Export Sales Manager

Your New Job 

• You will seek out new business opportunities in existing and new export markets to drive sales growth.
• You will build strong working relationships with existing customer base in all export markets.
• Oversee the shipment of orders to all markets to ensure excellent product quality and delivery deadlines are being met.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Finance Teams to continually assess transport & logistical costs to ensure the cost effectiveness of transport and storage of products in 3PL warehousing facilities in all European export markets.
• Ensure that customer service levels are upheld to an impeccable standard by our Export Sales Support team.
• Liaise with the Procurement Team to maintain 100% product availability across all product ranges to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate selling prices to bring product sales in within the target gross margin.
• In conjunction with Finance Team, ensure that customer relationships are managed to ensure all payments are made within agreed credit timelines.

What Skills You Need for this Job

• Written and spoken fluent French, Italian and English
• Willing to travel on a regular basis to meet current / potential customers, Sales Agents and to logistic depots both in Ireland and abroad.
• You must be living in Ireland as you will in based in Dublin
