Executive Officer

Our client is looking for an amazing administrator with 2 years of previous experience to join their growing team based in Dublin 2 on a 1-year contract.

Salary: €33,149

Location: City Centre – Hybrid

Role Type: 12-month contract

Duties:

Support the registration manager on the team
Responsible for advising and supporting the organisation and related committee and groups in relation to registration and their general work duties
Develop and manage information and documentation in ongoing processes within the registration office
Responsible for dealing with communication including telephone, email, letter and in person from both internal and external colleagues and clients
Attending and assisting with meetings both internal and external
Aid in the improvements of procedures and policies within the registration department
Other ad hoc administrative duties

Skills:

2 years of previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience working in a regulatory or legal environment is desirable but not essential.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft suite
