About Your New Job

• Lead the implementation of health, safety, quality, and environmental policies, while ensuring adherence to corporate standards and procedures.
• Act as a key advisor for on-site project teams, guiding compliance with both legislation and internal practices.
• Foster a culture of positive health and safety on site, working closely with project management, subcontractors, and direct staff to motivate and guide them towards achieving EOHSS goals.
• Conduct regular EOHSS inspections and reporting, and actively participate in the enhancement and execution of site-specific EOHSS procedures.

Experience Needed

• Possess a recognized qualification in Health & Safety, ideally with experience in a similar EOHSS role.
• Proven track record in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in working with PSCS contractors, coupled with strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with effective time management and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
