About Your New Role

• You will be providing technical support, responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems with software applications
• You will ensure applications are running smoothly and efficiently, and identify any arising issues and improvements
• You will be managing and owning incidents and work with IT colleagues and third parties to resolve incidents
• You will be maintaining documentation such as knowledge base articles and technical manuals
• You will be conducting tests and quality assurance checks on software applications to ensure that they meet performance and usability standards
• You will be ensuring applications are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and taking appropriate action to address any security vulnerabilities

What Skills You Need

• 5 years' experience delivering and supporting software solutions
• 3rd level qualification in Information Technology or relevant space
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or CRM desirable
• Ability to analyse and solve complex technical issues
• Strong customer service skills, ability to build relationships with users and stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies including Agile
