About your new job

• Perform daily maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Conduct daily instrument calibration for compliant manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Production for optimal equipment performance.
• Keep records per Engineering Procedures and maintenance.
• Execute equipment and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production for continuous improvement projects.
• Always keep records and documentation audit-ready.
• Set department goals and schedules with the Engineering Manager.
• Ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of Improvement Projects.

What skill/experience you need?

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in a leadership role in the drug product/pharmaceutical sector.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to comply with procedures.
• Regularly propose and implement new and untried solutions.
• Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability to new requirements.
• Aims to meet all targets set by department, site, and division leaders.
