Our client are looking to expand their busy administration team by hiring another administrator. They are looking to hire an administrator on a 12 month basis.

About Your New Job

  • Administrator job.
  • Dealing with parts queries for a team of engineers & external customers.
  • Imputing data into internal software.
  • Reporting & invoicing.
  • Ensuring ISO standards and SLA's are achieved.
  • Issuing quotations.
  • Setting up new part codes & maintaining stock.

What Skills You Need

  • 2 years relevant administration experience is desirable.
  • Experience of product ordering & invoicing.
  • May suit someone with reception experience.
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is an advantage.
