About Your New Employer

Would you like to work for an award-winning Irish eCommerce company that sell a range of quality Irish products to clients all over the world.

They are seeking a creative, strategically focused eCommerce Marketing Director with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving marketing objectives through successful digital campaigns and initiatives in a small to medium sized business.

About Your New Job

As the eCommerce Marketing Director you will manage a small team and report directly to the CEO. You will oversee and implement a marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all channels (including email, social media, paid advertising and SEO).

You will measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to drive the Company Revenue and Customer Acquisition and Retention targets.

You will oversee end to end CRM and customer loyalty strategies to build awareness and drive long term value and customer engagement.

The eCommerce Marketing Director will develop and manage the brand advertising, PR, and partnership strategy; including catalogue campaigns, traditional press/media relations, multi-channel brand campaigns, and strategic co-marketing partnerships to build our brand awareness.

You will develop and oversee A/B testing protocols and procedures. 

 

What Skills You Need

10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management eCommerce or digital marketing role.

Demonstrable experience leading, managing and executing SEO/SEM, CRM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

A proven track record of analysing and reporting on key performance metrics against targets, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.  

Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS required. 

Successful track record of ecommerce, PPC, SEO & SEM  

Experience in setting up and optimising Google campaigns
