We’re looking for a detail-oriented Drylining Technical Co-ordinator to manage drylining contracts in Ireland. 10% travel to Head Office in Derry essential
Key Responsibilities
- Review drywall systems (partitions, acoustic ratings, fire performance, grid ceilings) for compliance with job criteria.
- Review contracts and prepare technical submittals for approval.
- Source drywall materials at competitive prices from suppliers.
- Order materials, track deliveries, verify invoices, and chase credit notes.
- Manage construction sign-off sheets for project completion.
- We’re looking for a proactive individual who can design and implement efficient systems and processes within their role to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in drylining or construction, with knowledge of Irish standards.
- Strong technical analysis in building materials procurement, and organisational skills.
