Our client who is recognised as a top player in the energy technology sector with a strong presence across Europe is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join their team at Citywest, Dublin. This role reports directly to the Pre-Construction Manager and will be office based, 5 days per week.

About Your New Job

As the Document Controller, you will support the Pre Construction Manager in ensuring all project documentation is accurately managed and maintained. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain document control systems and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents for pre-construction activities.
  • Ensure timely updates and revisions of documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure document control standards are met.
  • Support the Pre Construction Manager in administrative tasks related to documentation.

What Skills You Need

  • Relevant qualification in Document Control or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
