About Your New Role
They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead a busy Cleaning Division. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for multi-site operations, client contract performance, and the consistent delivery of high service standards.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring performance against key metrics, and building strong, professional relationships with both clients and internal teams.
Key responsbilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites
- Manage client contracts in line with SLAs, specifications, and commercial objectives
- Lead, support, and develop supervisors, managers, and frontline teams
- Plan and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where required
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations management role within cleaning, facilities management, or a related sector
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and client contracts
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and drive performance
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
