About Your New Role

They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Operations Manager to lead a busy Cleaning Division. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for multi-site operations, client contract performance, and the consistent delivery of high service standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring performance against key metrics, and building strong, professional relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Key responsbilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites
  • Manage client contracts in line with SLAs, specifications, and commercial objectives
  • Lead, support, and develop supervisors, managers, and frontline teams
  • Plan and coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where required
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operations management role within cleaning, facilities management, or a related sector
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations and client contracts
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs and drive performance
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Full, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
