About Your New Job

  • Equipment Preparation and Operation: Prepare and operate moulding, automated assembly, Pad Printing, and manual assembly equipment.
  • Troubleshooting: Address day-to-day manufacturing issues impacting efficiency, safety, or quality.
  • Quality Checks: Complete quality checks and achieve production quality targets.
  • Material Supply: Supply materials to operations and equipment in a timely and safe manner.
  • Labeling and Packing: Responsible for labeling and packing components and finished products.
  • Advanced Metrology: Operate coordinate measuring equipment and other advanced metrology equipment.
  • Automated Systems: Operate fully automated and complex computer-controlled systems, including robotic and vision system technology.
  • Project Participation: Participate in divisional project teams for New Product Introduction and Improvement Projects.
  • Team Coordination: Work with team members to maximize effectiveness and ensure quality manufacturing.
  • Documentation: Document all activities in line with GMP requirements.
  • Training: Cross-train within the team and train new members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in programs to implement improvements in quality, safety, environmental, and production systems.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Quality, Regulatory, GMP requirements, and all company policies and relevant legislation.

What Skills You Need

  • Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent, or relevant work experience. 3rd level education is desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proven technical skills to handle the demands of the position.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and mental concentration.
  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work on own initiative and handle day-to-day queries.
