DELIVERY PROJECT MANAGER- DAILY RATE CONTRACT - HYBRID / DUBLIN

A leading Financial Services client is looking for a Delivery Project Manager to work on a new Project for an initial 6 Month Daily Rate Contract Role

What you will be doing

Planning, coordinating, and execution of technology delivery
Contributing to best practice delivery within Agile SDLC framework, in line with enterprise policies and standards
Drive adoption and continually improve department processes
Work with business stakeholders to ensure execution is aligned to strategy and objectives
Provide technical thought leadership based on previous experience
Ensure team efficiency and looks for way to improve
Create an inclusive working environment and help to resolve any impediments/blockers
Develop the team through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
Accountability for key Application metrics (App health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams, etc.)
Ensure strong Risk Management, with risk identification, action-plan execution, and lifecycle ownership
Management of Team/program level resources and financials

What skills you need

Proven track record of leading a global team with responsibility for technology solutions delivery
Ability to face off to and build strong relationships with senior business and technology partners
Strong leader, capable of guiding team to implement technical designs
Ability to troubleshoot and drive the resolution of complex technical issues
Excellent understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and JIRA framework
A strong understanding of enterprise standards
Experience of working within a large organization or financial services company
Good technical understanding (Key Technologies used: Oracle, PL/SQL, Informatica, Angular, Java, Autosys)
Knowledge of Test Automation and tools
