About Your New Employer: 

• Working closely with IT Departments to document, enhance and continue to develop the set of rules & controls to manage the integrity, alignment, and suitability of data across RDL business systems, to support both current and future scaling plans.
• Make sure that these rules and controls are referenced within all IT Documents & Business Systems User Training Manuals.

About Your New Job: 

Undertaking a range of responsibilities and tasks as may be assigned by the IT & Supply Chain Director:

• Data administration & maintenance across all RDL business systems
• Data cleansing & audit exercises across all RDL business systems
• Oversee quality of business process flows
• Oversee quality of business system user training manuals
• Work with IT Team to ensure alignment & enforcement of data controls
• Maintain a high level of data integrity
• Contribute to cross functional projects as required.

What Skills You Need:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and departments in support of critical IT systems.
• Understanding business demands.
• In-depth understanding of MS Word & MS Excel.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data management tools.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise and to work to tight deadlines.
• Strong team contributor with proven communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated.
• Trouble Shooting / Problem Solving Skills
