Working with a multinational Tech company who are looking for a Data Analyst Team Leader to manage a team of Analysts in their Cork site.
Candidates must be highly analytical, self-motivated, and must demonstrate the ability to manage situations and people under deadline pressure to support daily deliverables.
About Your New Role
- Train and develop the analysts on their team by assisting them with day-to-day work, managing their schedules, building professional skills
- Delegating assignments as needed
- Mentor analysts and assist in skill development
- Manage the maintaining and cleansing of master data
- Be responsible for data analysis and cleansing of related data through company’s sales systems
- Maintain and use reporting solutions
- Liaise and communicate relevant data to line manager
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing and developing a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once under tight deadlines
- Degree in relevant field such as IT, Information Systems or Data Analytics
- IT savvy and experience in systems such as CRM, along with scripting/coding, Python, SQL, Tableau and Excel
- Experience in project management and people management
- Background in customer service and liaising with teams and professionals of all levels
- Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Due to working with EMEIA market flexibility is a must, with working hours and travelling to other offices when necessary
