We are working with a leading organisation that is currently expanding its data analytics teams supporting its HR function. They are based in Dublin city centre that can offer excellent career opportunities long term. They work in a hybrid with 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely. This is a permanent role.
The client can only consider candidates based in Ireland who are either EU citizens or on a Stamp 4 visa.
Primary Duties
- Supporting the Human Resources function by full implementing the data analytics strategy
- Provide all relevant data analytics and user-friendly data visualisation dashboards
- Act as an SME on all data related topics for HR
Requirements
- Previous experience in a HR function
- Experienced with Data Analytics
- Good communication skills
On Offer
- The client will provide a good salary of €45,000 - €50,000
