Customer Support Executive

About Your New Employer

  • This company has the world’s simplest Task Management Platform
  • They are looking for a Customer Support Executive to help with the growth and success of the company
  • This job is hybrid with their office being based in Dun Laoghaire

 

About Your New Job

  • You will be the main point of contact for customer issues raised in tickets
  • You will resolve issues in a timely manner, record response time and try to improve the time to act on customer issues
  • You will reach out to customers every 90 days to ensure they are not experiencing any difficulty with the platform
  • You will be the voice of the customer, act on their behalf to resolve their technical issues

 

What Skills You Need

  • 2-3 years customer support experience and/or Tech support
  • Saas Tech support is a bonus
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and transactional business products

 

What’s on Offer

  • €40k – 45k DOE
