About Your New Job

  • Monitor incoming customer issues and help resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Record the response times and work on improving our time to act on customer issues.
  • Reach out to each of our customers every 90 days to ensure they are not experiencing any support related issues and encourage them to use our customer support platform.
  • Onboarding new customers as part of their standard 2 hour on-boarding support package.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Act on their behalf and seek the technical help required to resolve their issues.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong business, operational and technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and transactional business models.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS or similar product environment.
  • Experience analysing data sets in Excel or Business Intelligence tools and presenting those findings.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing platforms, and product management tools. HubSpot CRM experience would be considered an asset.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both external and internal audiences.
  • 2 years+ Customer Support Experience
