What is the job?
As an German Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for:
• Providing excellent customer service and enhance strong relationships with their customers.
• Maintain relationships with customer.
• Ensure any queries are responded to in a timely manner
• Provide updates to customers and the internal departments
• Taking Inbound calls and updating systems.

What does the job need?
• Fluent written and oral English and German
• Customer service experience
• Out-going people-oriented personality
• MS office proficient
