Are you a strong administrator with a passion for customer service, eager to develop your skills?

Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused administrator to join their growing team in this 9 month contract to join their busy team based in North Dublin.

Salary:€30,000

Location: Dublin North

Role type: 9 month FTC

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries via phone and email
  • Complete administrative tasks following calls
  • Communicate effectively with customers and clients
  • Meet required individual and team targets

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills, a team player and an enthusiastic approach
  • A real desire to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong IT skills across the MS Office suite
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role desirable
