About Your New Employer:
Your new employer, a global facility provider company, is looking for a new Customer Service Manager for the Munster area. If you’re customer focused, a problem solver with extensive customer service team management experience then this the right opportunity for you.
About Your New Job:
- Lead and motivate Munster customer service rep team
- Ensure customer issues/queries are expertly handled to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Continuously keep customers updated on regulations and procedures
- Liaise with all teams to ensure maximum efficiency and report regular team achievements
- Involvement in recruitment processes and staff appraisal
- Set KPIs/goals for customer service team while prepping weekly/monthly reports
- Travel to customers for renewals/escalated issues/contracts etc.
- Act as first point of contact for HR related functions
- Involve in customer service strategy and delivery
- Manage weekly payroll (training provided)
What you’ll need:
- Ability to work within Munster on the road
- 2 years’ previous experience managing teams
- Excellent understanding of customer service functions and technology
- Ideal candidate will be customer focused with outstanding communication skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Enjoys working in a high pressure, changing environment
- Initiative and creativity
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to work some weekends/answer calls/emails as needed
