About Your New Job:

  • Lead and manage the on-site technical team, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and consistency in data centre operations.
  • Develop and implement technical standards, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Oversee all technical procedures, documentation, and policies, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for significant events, technical escalations, and emergency issues, providing 24/7 support.
  • Monitor and assess team performance against KPIs and SLAs, identifying and addressing areas for improvement while promoting excellent performance.

Who you are:

  • Over 5 years experience in a Critical facilities Operations environment. 
  • Experience working with cross functional teams and sub contractors.
  • Experience working with CMMS systems and tools. 
  • Prior experience with team management, including work scheduling and conducting performance reviews.
