_{My client a PE backed Healthcare company have a requirement for a Corporate Finance/ Corporate Development manager with a strong banking background}

• _{Liaison between senior management (CEO, CFO, CIO, Commercial Director) and the PE fund}
• _{Manage advisors in an active debt raise process (e.g. financial / legal / Tax & Accounting DD)}
• _{Prepare a 5-year business plan in line with PE Fund expectations}
• _{Identifying funding constraints, assist with structuring external/debt financing, managing debt relationships and covenants}
• _{Draft clear and bespoke investment papers for the Board of Directors and the PE fund}
• _{Present investment thesis to Board and PE fund}
• _{Assist on growing the existing business, managing models and reporting to PE Fund}
• _{Review both M&A opportunities and organic growth opportunities as they arise, analysing from an EBITDA / payback period / IRR perspective}
• _{Modelling and preparation of the exit / sale case of the Company}

_{What skills you need}

• _{University Bachelor’s degree required}
• _{Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ICAS, ICAEW, CFA) desirable}
• _{Pro-active, entrepreneurial and innovative attitude, with a self-driven personality}
• _{Drive to outperform within a friendly corporate environment with a flat hierarchical structure}
• _{Mastery of corporate finance, valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis}
• _{Excellent understanding of financial statements}
• _{Strong Banking background}
