My client, a leading insurance company is recruiting a Compliance Manager. The role is based in central Dublin (Hybrid) and is to support the Head of Compliance to ensure the business meets its regulatory and compliance obligations.The compliance manager will provide expert guidance and oversight across a range of compliance activities, from policy development to reporting, and stakeholder management.
About Your New Job, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting compliance monitoring.
- Performing impact assessments on upcoming legislation.
- Developing and delivering the annual compliance training programme.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
- Preparing compliance reports for senior management.
- Coordinating regulatory reviews.
- Supporting key governance processes.
What skills You Need
- Ideally a Professional compliance qualification (e.g. LCOI, ACOI), and Third level Qualification
- 3 Plus Years Experience within the Insurance or broader Financial Services sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and operational risk.
