Cork City Centre based Law firm are currently looking to recruit Qualified Commercial Solicitors- Permanent.

Your new employer

Are a professional LAW Firm and specialise in the following areas -  taxation, mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring and property.

Your main duty of the role will be to give

• Advice on all areas of corporate and commercial law.

Other duties to include

• Draft, negotiate and review all types of commercial contracts and corporate agreements;
• Provide day-to-day commercial law assistance to commercial clients.
• Research and analyse documents and case law to ensure the accuracy of advice and procedure.

The ideal candidate

• Qualified Solicitor.
• Min 4 years experience
• Experience in a Commercial team  - either Corporate/Property/Litigation.
• Commercially aware.
• Client Management experience.
