- Join a Market leader in the provision of marketing services with a base in the heart of the city. You will drive the performance of a team of B2B professionals and engage with senior stakeholders externally.
About Your New Job
- Be responsible for driving sales and profitability within the business, overseeing P&L
- Develop a strategy for client engagement, new and existing, to maximise the profitability and ensure long lasting relationships
- Put in place a business development plan to focus on growth and continual regeneration of the client base
- Manage a team of 11 across Sales, Customer Service and Operations
- Manage reports for the business on a monthly basis and work closely with CEO on performance
- Lead from the front, being a focal point for the team and for external clientele
What Skills You Need
- 5 years in leadership with a strong background in sales and business development
- Background in driving and increasing team engagement and performance
- Desire to progress within a rapidly growing organisation
- Able to work on site 5 days a week in Dublin City
What’s on Offer
- €70-75k basic with potential to earn €20k+ on top
- Pension, expenses, 23 days AL
