This company have grown their business considerably over the last number of years, from a small production run to now producing and selling over 1.5 million units annually. Focusing on an innovative range of plan-based functional products, They are passionate about how they contribute to people's health and wellbeing. As they grow grow their business, they are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their team and support this growth.
About Your New Job
As the Commercial Finance Manager you will report directly to the COO. You will be working alongside and supporting internal team members and business partners with up to date data and financial information across, all aspects of the business. You will be involved in leading a number of areas such as; Financial Reporting, Planning & Compliance, Budgetary Analysis, Cost Control, and Expense Management.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant - minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Ability to lead the Finance Function whilst developing in a commercial and operational capacity.
- Ability to demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, marked by a high degree of initiative, creativity, and accountability, with a strong focus on delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience in Power BI or an interest in learning (as this will form part of this Senior Financial Accountant role).
- Commercially astute with well developed analytical skills.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus but not essential.
