About Your New Job as an Operations Manager

  • Take an active role in the maintenance, running, and improvement of the club, including scheduling repairs and managing the member database.
  • Process member subscriptions and renewals, ensuring the integrity of stored data.
  • Run payroll for full-time staff and process hours for part-time bar staff.
  • Collaborate with the committee on club needs and initiatives, implementing and driving projects or changes.
  • Develop and implement new policies and procedures, including Health & Safety statement management.
  • Engage with members throughout the day, handling queries, bookings, and public-facing issues.

What Skills You Need for this Operations Manager job based in North Dublin

  • Excellent administration and MS Office skills.
  • Dynamic with initiative and drive, focused on day-to-day operations and club improvement.
  • Strong people skills, able to represent the club and engage with members.
  • Level-headed and strategic, capable of identifying and managing opportunities or issues.
  • Ideally, a background in a club or an interest in sports, though not essential.
