About Your New Employer 

  • A family owned Audiology Clinic with offices in Cork City, Bandon and Fermoy. 

About Your New Role

  • You will be responsible for answering the phones and diary management. 
  • As the administrator for the clinic, you will occasionally be involved in report writing and formatting.
  • Your job will involve some letter writing to patients as well as receipt writing for insurance purposes. 
  • You will also need to complete any other ad hoc administration tasks as required. 

What Skills You Need 

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable but training will be provided
    • Attention to detail when it comes to filling out paperwork and invoicing patients is essential 
    • A pleasant and helpful phone manner 
    • Experience in a previous customer service role would be beneficial
