About Your New Employer:
Our client who are a leading employee benefit consultancy and private wealth management are seeking a Client Service Executive, to join their Cork City based office in hybrid working model, and on a full-time permanent contract.
About Your New Job:
- Conducting annual portfolio reviews and valuations.
- Processing new business applications.
- Liaising with product producers, predominantly major insurance companies, to ensure swift application processing.
- Managing pre- and post-retirement pension structures, protection benefits, and investment portfolios.
- Effectively and promptly communicating with clients regarding their portfolios and new applications.
- Collaborating with advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.
Who you are:
- Hold a BA (Hons) Degree in a Business or Finance-related discipline.
- Bring a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a Financial Advisory firm or Life & Pensions Broker.
- Possess or be progressing towards the QFA qualification.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and associated Compliance regulations.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, particularly in numerical skills.
- Skilfully manage your workload, prioritizing tasks with efficiency.
- Communicate eloquently, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Intermediate).
- Capable of thriving independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Infuse your work with energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
- Numeracy and organizational skills are non-negotiable for this role.
- Successful candidates are likely to be confident multitaskers, driven by a strong work ethic, and devoted to maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
