Job description

Client Services Account Manager              Hybrid                      €50,000

Working for an International Client Services team this opportunity will provide you with a great opportunity to expand your Financial Services knowledge with the chance of further advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships across the company, external parties, stakeholders and act as a focal point for allocated clients
  • Provide ongoing relationship support to clients, ensuring the service provided to clients is of the highest standard
  • Open client bank accounts and submit forms, including to the Revenue Commissioners
  • Work closely with transaction management team to ensure client deals and signings are completed in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure allocated clients make all taxation, regulatory and statutory filings within applicable deadlines
  • Organise and attend client meetings and SPV board meetings

Requirements

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities and must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to prioritise, meet demanding and tight deadlines
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the finance industry.
  • Knowledge of structured finance transactions an advantage
  • An appropriate third level business / finance qualification
